Cancellation Policy
To ensure a relaxed and enjoyable session, clients are asked to provide the preferred date and time at the time of booking. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the session, with the remaining balance payable on the day of the photoshoot. Cancellations are non-refundable except in the case of a verified emergency, and rescheduled sessions require a new deposit. Session duration will vary depending on the package selected. Clients are encouraged to arrive prepared, with hair and makeup facilities available in-studio if required. Photoshoots outside of Hull may incur a travel fee, excluding nearby areas such as Hessle, Willerby, and surrounding towns. All images are professionally edited and delivered via a secure online gallery within 2–3 working days. Optional add-ons, including additional edited images, multiple backgrounds, or priority delivery, are available to enhance your family session.
