Cancellation Policy
The cost of our passport photo service is £5 per session. No deposit is required. Service Duration Each passport photo session takes approximately 20 minutes, including photography and basic checks for compliance. Payment Options Payment must be made in full, either online in advance or in person at the time of the appointment. What’s Included The service includes professional photography and passport-compliant photos that meet official government requirements for size, background, lighting, and expression. Appointments & Walk-Ins Appointments are recommended to guarantee availability. Walk-ins are accepted when time allows and are subject to studio availability. Retakes If the photo does not meet passport requirements due to a technical issue on our part, a free retake will be offered during the same visit. Refunds All payments are non-refundable once the photos have been taken. This includes cases where an application is rejected for reasons outside of our control. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or rescheduling, depending on availability. No-shows may require a new booking. Children & Infants Children and infants must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Policy Updates We reserve the right to update this policy at any time.
