Our visual podcast space combines clean, broadcast-ready audio with carefully lit, camera-friendly setups—perfect for interviews, co-hosted shows, and branded content. Whether you’re recording for YouTube, social media, or streaming platforms, we provide a comfortable, controlled environment that helps you look confident and sound clear on camera. From lighting and framing to crisp audio capture, every detail is handled so you can focus on the conversation. Ideal for creators, brands, educators, and entrepreneurs who want their podcast to be seen as well as heard.
Cancellation Policy
By booking a visual podcast session, clients agree to the following terms: Booking & Payment A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your studio booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session, before or immediately after recording. Bookings are confirmed only once payment is received. Session Time All bookings include the reserved studio time selected at checkout. Setup, sound checks, lighting adjustments, recording, and breakdown are included within this time. Late arrival will reduce recording time, and sessions cannot be extended if another booking follows. Cancellations & Rescheduling Deposits are non-refundable. One reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours will result in loss of deposit. Studio Use & Capacity The studio setup is intended for the number of participants agreed upon during booking. Additional guests, crew, or equipment must be approved in advance. Food and drinks are not permitted near recording equipment. Recording & File Delivery Clients are responsible for the content recorded during the session. Raw footage and audio files are provided only if included in the selected package or agreed in advance. File delivery method and turnaround time will be confirmed at booking. The studio is not responsible for long-term file storage beyond the agreed delivery period. Technical Setup & Visual Style Recordings are captured using the studio’s standard audio and visual setup. Any changes to lighting, camera angles, or background must be requested before the session begins. Extensive setup changes may reduce available recording time. Content Responsibility The studio does not review, monitor, or edit podcast content unless explicitly booked as an additional service. Clients are fully responsible for the legality, ownership, and use of all recorded material. Studio Etiquette & Liability Clients are expected to respect studio staff, equipment, and space. Any damage caused to studio property or equipment may result in additional charges.
