Cancellation Policy
To secure your headshot session, clients are asked to provide the preferred date, time, and location at the time of booking. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required, with the remaining balance payable on the day of the shoot. Cancellations are non-refundable except in the case of a verified emergency, and rescheduled sessions require a new deposit. Session duration will vary depending on the package selected. All packages include a set number of fully edited images, with additional images available as an optional add-on. Clients are encouraged to arrive camera-ready; hair and makeup facilities are available in-studio if required. On-location sessions are subject to weather conditions, and rescheduling may be necessary in the event of severe weather. Sessions outside of Hull may incur a travel fee, excluding nearby areas such as Hessle, Willerby, and surrounding towns. All images are professionally edited and delivered via a secure online gallery within 2–3 working days. Images are provided for personal or professional use, with commercial licensing available upon request. Optional add-ons, including additional images, multiple backgrounds, or priority delivery, are available to enhance your session.
