Cancellation Policy
Booking & Studio Policy To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all clients, please review the following booking terms: Booking & Deposit A booking is confirmed only after a non-refundable deposit is paid. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session, before or immediately after the shoot. Deposits secure your date and time and are deducted from the final package price. Session Time Each session includes 1 hour of photography plus a 10-minute buffer for preparation and transitions. Late arrival will reduce shooting time. Sessions cannot be extended if another booking follows. Cancellations & Rescheduling Deposits are non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours will result in loss of deposit. Family Members Packages include parents and siblings only, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Extended family members may be added for an additional fee. Image Selection & Delivery Final edited images are selected by the photographer to maintain consistent quality and style. Additional images may be purchased separately. Delivery time for edited images is up to 2–3 weeks, depending on the package. Express delivery is available with select packages or as an add-on. Editing & Style All images are edited in the studio’s signature style. Requests for heavy retouching or alterations may incur an additional fee. Studio Etiquette Please arrive on time and ensure children are fed and rested before the session. The studio is a calm, professional environment; we kindly ask all guests to respect equipment and space.
