Cancellation Policy

To ensure a seamless and stress-free wedding photography experience, couples are required to provide the wedding date, coverage start time, and venue location at the time of booking. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the wedding date, with the remaining balance due no later than 14 days prior to the wedding day. All bookings are non-refundable, except in the case of a verified emergency. If a wedding date needs to be rescheduled, availability cannot be guaranteed and a new deposit may be required. Coverage duration and inclusions will vary depending on the photography package selected. Couples are encouraged to share a detailed timeline in advance to allow for smooth coverage of key moments, including preparation, ceremony, speeches, and portraits. Coverage is subject to venue restrictions, lighting conditions, and any unforeseen delays beyond the photographer’s control. Weddings taking place outside of Hull may incur a travel fee, excluding nearby areas such as Hessle, Willerby, and surrounding towns. Destination or long-distance weddings may require additional travel or accommodation costs. All images are professionally edited in line with the photographer’s signature style and delivered via a secure online gallery within the agreed turnaround time outlined in the selected package. Optional add-ons, including extended coverage, second photographer, or priority editing, are available to enhance your photography experience.
