Cancellation Policy

To ensure a seamless and unforgettable wedding film experience, couples are required to confirm the wedding date, coverage start time, and venue location at the time of booking. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the wedding date, with the remaining balance due no later than 14 days prior to the wedding day. All bookings are non-refundable, except in the case of a verified emergency. If a wedding needs to be rescheduled, availability cannot be guaranteed and a new deposit may be required. Coverage duration will vary depending on the package selected and any additional hours booked. Couples are encouraged to share a detailed timeline in advance to ensure all key moments are captured. On-the-day coverage is subject to venue restrictions, lighting conditions, and any unforeseen delays beyond the videographer’s control. Weddings taking place outside of Hull may incur a travel fee, excluding nearby areas such as Hessle, Willerby, and surrounding towns. Destination or long-distance weddings may require additional accommodation costs. All footage is professionally edited, with the final wedding film delivered via a secure online gallery within the agreed turnaround time outlined in the selected package. Optional add-ons, including extended coverage, teaser films, drone footage, or priority editing, are available to further personalise your wedding film.
